Founded by a first-generation Ugandan-American who grew up between the red-earth hills of Uganda’s coffee farms and the fast pace of New York, AYAAKA11 was born from a desire to bridge worlds. We wanted to honor the hands that plant, pick, and process some of the planet’s finest beans while creating something that could stand proudly on the global stage — not as “another African coffee,” but as simply exceptional coffee, period.
